Really good on communication. Gave me an estimate on what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. They were not pushy. Just let me know what was wrong and let him know if we wanted to go with the repairs. Nice people to work with. Highly recommend. Will be back with my other Mini.

Great first time experience. I brought in my Mini Cooper Clubman for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained what other services I should consider for the future without pressure and I felt their pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely be visiting again.

I have been using O'Brien Auto to maintain our cars for over a decade. I have always been very pleased with thier honesty and professionalism, recently I was traveling out of the country and my daughter had a check engine light on prior to her return to KU, the staff got her in to check the car to ensure it was safe to drive back to school. I have been using O'brians Auto for years. All my cars are BMWs from 1980 to 2007. Lindsey and Robert are about the best team I have encountered when it comes to foreign auto repair. Lindsey - parts, Robert - mechanic. Their not the cheapest but they get it done right, you get what you pay for "Experience".

This company is the best I've found for my Jaguar. Recently had what appeared to be a catastrophic multi-system electrical failure. The technician that jumped on it had it figured out in the first day and got the car back to me first thing on the second day. Saved me thousands in diagnostics and repair fees. Another words, what I believe was going to cost thousands to diagnose and repair, cost a fraction. They could have been a like other business and dragged there feet and uncharged repairs, but they DID NOT! They consistently updated me on progress and findings via text. Lindsey and, Technician Robert Robertson, were Amazing! They are knowledgeable, professionals, and most proficient, as I've explained. I've NEVER worked with a better company! Truly Amazing. Additionally, the owner is a great guy. He went above and beyond the night I dropped the car off. Respectfully, Gun Doctor.

Delving into the mechanical intricacies of a Land Rover is not for the faint of heart. These people have the answers and bravely went above and beyond to face the electrical challenges I was having with my LR3. Friendly and helpful. They didn't try and intimidate me into repairs that could wait. Estimated cost was exactly what was paid down to penny. They also fixed an issue for no charge just did it to make sure we were safe. Shop very clean and organized, shows me attention to detail and pride in their work.

Called them up about taking a look at my Mercedes that was making a loud whining noise. They were able to get me in the same day. Wasn't able to set up a ride home and they said no worries and the owner drive me home. My car was repaired and ready the next day. They had to replace the alternator along with the belt and bearings. Lindsey in the front office is awesome. Great experience for an expense no one wants but can't avoid. Would highly recommend them!!

Worked and resolved the nightmare of electrical faults plaguing my Mercedes E500. This is one of the best independent repair shops for European imports. Then again took care of my Jaguar XF Supercharged vacuum leak in 2021. One of the best Euro shops in Tulsa.

David & James are straight shooters and did a fantastic job on my 2008 BMW 335 xi. i had an engine malfunction error. they diagnosed it and called me with pricing and the repairs needed. they also pointed out another issue that needed resolved. they were very fair priced on all the work they did and did excellent work. i am very happy. i will be a customer from now on.

I was referred to O'Brien's by the local Jaguar dealership that advised their appointments for service were scheduling months out. They recommend O'Briens and I checked them out! I am from the Midwest and was traveling with my family when the oil pressure light come on in my 2004 Land Rover Discovery 2. A quick google search later I was taking the truck to O'Brien Auto Performance. James and company were great. James communicated quickly and efficiently. Ryan, the guy who worked on my truck, walked me through what needed to be done to my SUV. I had to travel back to Saint Louis for work and left the Discovery in their care. When my wife and daughter went to pick the Discovery up James, Ryan and David, the owner, were informative, polite and took great care of them. This has not always been their experience at other shops. All in all, this is a great place and my only complaint is that I have nothing like them in Saint Louis. My daughter is still in Tulsa with her Land Rover Discovery 2 and she will be using O'Brien Auto Performance when needed.

I've been coming to O'Brien's for 8 years! Prior to O'Briens I always went directly through the Land Rover dealer. Always unsatisfied. The O'Brien team made me believe in great honest service again! They are fair and never try to upsell me. They even helped guide me through the purchase of my 2nd Land Rover out of state to ensure I was getting a quality deal. I cannot say enough great things about this Auto Shop. The ENTIRE staff and team is wonderful to work with!

These guys know their stuff but as to be expected with any import specialists, they are expensive. Great group of guys even though the owner is an enigma in that he is a democrat, small business owner who is also a fiscal conservative. Truly amazing guy and fun to converse with.

These guys really know their stuff and are congenial enough. The only reason that I can't do 5 stars is cost. They estimated $6,800 for a timing chain replacement on a 2012 Supercharged full size Range Rover. My warranty company denied the claim from O'briens because for $5,200 they can purchase another motor and have it installed and still be under the $6,800 estimate. Having said that, I really do like these guys other than their pricing. I have confidence in the repairs they've made to my Mercedes but can't afford to use them on the Range Rover.

These guys always do a great job and do right by their customers. One of the few repair shops that work on specialty imports that truly understand and know what they're doing. Love these guys!!! Been using them for years and on my second Mini Cooper because of them! Used them for my Land Rover Defender as well! Had everything done from a simple oil changes, wiper nozzle repair to engine leaks, hose replacements, fluid flushes and break jobs. Good, fun honest guys that will take care of you.
